If you want a better way to make money online than tacking surveys: Check my #1 Recommendation!
Jobs2Shop is a website which pays users to take parts into surveys, read emails, mystery shopping, participating in focus groups and review products. On this Jobs2Shop review I am going to discuss the following questions: Is Jobs2Shop a scam? It Jobs2Shop worth trying? How much money are you going to make with Jobs2Shop? Are there better alternatives?
Before starting my review on this site I am going to tell you that there are two conditions that you need to fulfill in order to get started with this site:
- You need to be in the United States
- You need to be over 18
If you this is you, than continue reading this review to learn more about this site.
Another thing that I will mention here is that joining this site is free and you will get a sign up bonus of $5 when you sign up. When you sign up you will have to complete your profile, fill the initial membership survey and verify your email.
Jobs2Shop is a new and small company centered in Dallas Texas and it has only 10,000 visitors a day, which is few compared to other big survey sites like Swagbucks.
Just because they are a new site doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t give them a try, they have been accredited by the Better Business Bureau and you can find it profiles on social media, here’s their Facebook Page.
What Kind of Jobs are You Going to Do
As I mentioned before Jobs2Shop offers you the opportunity to make money in a couple of different ways, but their primary focus is mystery shopping. With mystery shopping you are going to be reimbursed for your on store purchases and also you will receive a payment for product testing.
Here are some other ways you can make money on this site and their rates:
- completing syrveys – $2/survey
- reading emails – $0.50/email read
- paying games – $0.10-$0.25
Jobs2Shop is currently working on starting their affiliate program. It isn’t still ready so you can’t refer your friends yet, but be on the lookout for the new developments.
Jobs2Shop pays its users with Paypal.
They send the payments on the 20th of every month, as young as you have reached the $30 threshold. It can take up to 8 weeks to get paid, after the Jobs2Shop team has verified that the qualifications of the assignment have been met.
As you can see there are some options of making money, but I personally wouldn’t waste time on this kind of jobs, I am focusing on making money with a blog instead, for which the rewards are higher.
- Some people have reported that they made up to $85 through a single offer.
- The site is easy to navigate. You can check your progress at the right of the screen.
- You will get a $5 bonus when you sign up.
- There a some coupons on their site which end up on $100 in savings.
- You can expect a response from their support team within a few days.
The mystery shopping jobs require that they sign up to the advertisement’s trial offers after they completed the mystery shopping part. Users complain that some of the offers require their credit card information when they sign up, in addition if you don’t cancel the trial at the right time, it will start to charge you.
Considering that it takes 8 weeks for Jobs2Shop to verify that you have completed the offer, sometimes this is a catch 22. If you cancel the trial, you might end up not getting paid because your offer is not considered as completed. And if you don’t cancel it, you will start to get charged. Users sometimes end up losing more money than they make because of this.
Every site which requires you to add your credit card information should raise a red flag. If you don’t cancel the trial on time, you might start getting charged for it and lose more money than you are making.
Some people even report that they have failed to receive the payment for their efforts. This is a real problem and it could lead us to consider this program a scam.
And some people have stated that the they don’t reply on your support tickets:
Is Jobs2Shop a Scam?
I did a lot of research on this program and here is my conclusion: I would consider Jobs2Shop legit and maybe for some people it is worth their time, but in my opinion there are better ways to make money online.
If it ever happens to you that you don’t receive your payments on the due date, you can open a support ticket.
If you see a sudden change in your account balance, just sign out of your account and sign in back again. This will fix the problem, just a technical issue apparently, which don’t mean anything, your balance is still there and you can check it under “My Account”.
While you can make money with this site, you can’t expect to make substantial income from survey sites and small jobs sites like this one. All you will be able to make are some side income.
Yes, there are some concerns with the site, but the positive aspects of it overweight the negative ones.
If you decide that survey sites are not for you, I am going to recommend you one other site which I am using to make money online, it’s called Wealthy Affiliate and it teaches you how to create a blog and make money with it with affiliate marketing. You can read my full review of it here.
After reviewing Jobs2Shop I concluded that Jobs2Shop is not a scam. It offers opportunities to make money, among the most popular are surveys, free offers and mystery shopping.
